The personal data that the user provides through forms, WhatsApp or email will be processed for the following purposes: to answer queries and requests for information, to manage the contracting and monitoring of nutrition and training programs, and to send communications related to the service.

The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the interested party and, where applicable, the execution of the contractual relationship derived from the contracting of the services.

Identifying and contact information (name, telephone number, email address) may be collected, and, when necessary for providing the advisory service, data relating to habits, goals, and physical condition. This latter data may include health information, which is considered a special category and will be treated with special confidentiality and only with the user's explicit consent.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any potential liabilities. Afterwards, it will be kept blocked for the legally required periods.

6. Recipients

The data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required. Access may be granted to the technology service providers necessary for the operation of the website (hosting, messaging, email), who act as data processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

7. International Transfers

Some service providers (for example, messaging platforms or social networks) may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, these transfers are carried out under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Security
